During this span, Bala has held Team, Individual Contributor, Global Strategy, Leadership & Advisory Roles around Platforms & Tools Rationalization, Solution Design, Presales, Service Delivery, Consulting,  Business Process Re-engineering / Transformation / Process Re-design, Intelligent Workflow Automation, IFRS Program Management, Process Transitions.
