Mr. Sundar Visvanathan is a seasoned professional and leader with 35 years of corporate experience and about 8 years of experience as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Mentor.  “Inspiring Leaders to lead better” is his value proposition. His purpose is to enable the dreams of people to become a reality and to inspire people to transform into a better version of themselves. 

He partners with both the leaders and aspiring leaders in their leadership journey by being a “Transformation Catalyst” in enhancing their leadership effectiveness and, in turn, enabling them to become better human beings. This “Journey Partnering” has helped his clients to enhance their performance by balancing their personal, professional, and social lives. 

Having reinvented himself in early 2018, he has been coaching & mentoring CXOs, Executives, Leaders, Managers (of all levels), Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and Individuals. He has over 1800+ hours of coaching experience and has achieved PCC credentialing from the ICF. He is also a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and is a certified practitioner of NLP, GLA360, Self-Leadership, and Mental Fitness. 

In the last 11 years of his corporate career, he served at the CXO / Director level. He has served in manufacturing, automotive, retail, information & communication technology, and management consulting domains. His focus areas in the corporate world included change & transformation, organization restructuring & development, business development, business strategy & plans, operations, customer relations, and leadership development.

He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Global Board of Trustees of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Foundation.
