Specifically tailored to celebrate outstanding accomplishments in various business and community sectors, the All India Business & Community Foundation (AIBCF) presents two prestigious awards: the ‘Business & Community Awards’ and the ‘CSR and Sustainability Awards’.
The esteemed ‘Business & Community Awards’ recognize individuals, organizations, and members of the business community who have significantly contributed to India’s excellence. The AIBCF aims to honor those who have made noteworthy achievements in their respective fields, promoting and encouraging excellence while highlighting those who bring glory to the nation through their endeavors.
The ‘CSR and Sustainability Awards’ serve as a symbol of recognition, paying tribute to companies dedicated to fostering positive social impact and environmental stewardship. This distinguished accolade celebrates visionary strategies and impactful initiatives undertaken by businesses to embed corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability practices into their core values. Embracing a comprehensive approach, this award acknowledges the profound commitment of these enterprises to address societal challenges, advance sustainable development goals, and establish benchmarks for responsible business conduct.
Dr. Manoj Kumar
Honorary President
Dr. Manoj Kumar is a retired IAS officer with over 35 years of experience. He served in various roles, including Secretary of the General Administration Department (GAD) and Secretary cum Commissioner (Labour) for the Government of NCT of Delhi until his retirement on May 31, 2020.
During his tenure as Director (Department of Training & Technical Education) from December 2014 to March 2018, Dr. Kumar played a key role in establishing Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University, the first pharmaceutical university in India. He also upgraded Government Polytechnics and fostered Center of Excellence through strategic partnerships with industry.
As CMD of Delhi Transport Corporation from April 2018 to February 2020, Dr. Kumar initiated efforts to improve public transport services, introducing 300 electric buses under the FAME II scheme. After retirement, he became Advisor (Administrative Reforms) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, focusing on university development.
Dr. Kumar holds academic degrees, including B. Com (Gold Medalist), LLB, LLM, and a Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University in 2023. Actively involved in conferences and speaking engagements, Dr. Kumar continues to contribute significantly to administrative reforms, education, and sustainable urban mobility.
Ms. Rekha Sharma

Mrs. Rekha Sharma, Hon. Director of the All Indian Business and Community Foundation, has demonstrated her hands-on knowledge and experience with a remarkable feat of visiting over 800 manufacturing units across 17 states in India. This extensive outreach reflects the depth of her understanding and insights into the intricacies of the nation’s diverse industrial landscape.
She proudly bears the title of one of India’s leading “Women Entrepreneurs.” Her commitment to women’s empowerment is exemplified by her “Shaktiuday” project in Uttarakhand, which provides employment to rural women through the production of cloth bags.
Rekha Sharma possesses extensive expertise in national, international, and SAARC trade and commerce. Over the course of her career, she has served as a bilateral trade and investment advisor to various countries and prominent industry associations, including TAITRA, FCCISL, UAE, EICL, GCCI, BRICS CCI, and FMPCCI. Demonstrating her dedication and commitment, Rekha Sharma currently holds the position of Secretary General at the Nigeria India Business Council, operating under the guidance of the High Commissioners of India and Nigeria. This position further contributes to her impactful and multifaceted career in bilateral trade and investment.
Rekha’s dedication and visionary leadership have not only shaped the success of businesses but also made a positive impact on economic growth, trade and investment relations, and sustainability initiatives in the regions she has worked in.
