The nomination process serves as a platform for these enterprises to highlight their achievements, strategies, and the measurable impact of their initiatives, inspiring others in the business landscape to adopt similar values and practices.

AIBCF AWARDS For CSR and Sustainability welcome participation from companies, public sector entities (and their divisions), Corporate Foundations & Trusts, NGOs/INGOs operating for the Indian populace, and individuals.

Nominated projects should have operated for at least one calendar year. During the Advisory Board round, the applicant organization might need to present their project virtually, with a prior notification of 3-5 days before the scheduled session.

DISQUALIFICATION

Entries that are incomplete, false, or incorrect may face disqualification at any stage without prior notification. The Advisory Board’s decision stands as final and binding.  Nomination fee applicable will be subject to number of applications. Any application submitted without the nomination fee may not be considered for further evaluation.

PHASE I: APPLICATION REVIEW

The initial phase involves evaluating the submitted application forms. Each section of the comprehensive form carries specific value to determine selection.

PHASE II: ADVISORY EVALUATION

Following the screening phase, the leading entry in each category advances. The chosen organizations might engage in a virtual session with the Advisory Board for further assessment based on predefined criteria.

A panel consisting of corporate, agency, and academic professionals alongside CSR TIMES experts will adjudicate the entries. Evaluation criteria encompass creativity, innovation, robust planning, execution, and outcomes. The pivotal measure is the proven alignment of strategic aims with final objectives.

  • Selected few projects will also be featured in CSR TIMES Magazine.
  • Selected few nominations/projects will be given an opportunity to give a presentation about the project and will also have an opportunity to be a part of the discussion panel during the Summit.

  • Networking opportunity during the summit.

  • Entries should be in English language only. The organizing committee reserves the right to all communications, documents sent for the nominations and awards and the same are non-returnable
  • The organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
  • The organizing committee ensures that all the documents sent by the entrant that recommends their nomination for the award will be confidentially handled.
  • Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of the organizers to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.
  • Award title felicitation will be strictly within the discretion of the jury and the decision of the jury will be final and binding on all.
  • Entries once sent, cannot be withdrawn.
  • The program, venue, date or its content & title can be altered by the organizers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • Nomination will be accepted only on the prescribed form.

How did you come to know about these Awards?
That, nominations are exclusively evaluated by a third-party media/research agency – M/s Brandmark Media based on their methodology. That, the organisers have the right to cancel nominations at any stage. That, the Research Agency, may ask for factual details of applicants for completion of the nomination. That, those who don't submit the factual details are surveyed under the perceptual category, followed by a final analysis. That, upon validation of applications, status updates are provided, and for qualifying applicants, the list of organizations/individuals is categorized accordingly. That, information, documents, pictures etc. submitted by the applicants can be used by the organisers for official purposes. That, deliverables against services are provided by M/s Brandworks Media Pvt Ltd which include the applicable administrative charges, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable. That, applicants must declare their freedom from criminal or anti-national charges and ensure accuracy in nomination details. That, any ambiguity or misinformation given by the applicant shall lead to potential revocation of the Award at any stage, even in future. That, event dates and locations may be subject to change or cancellation by the organizers. That, awards/certificates are for applicant's personal use only. That, organizers of the event are indemnified from any adverse result arising from the usage of the name and logo of AIBCF/Award. That, The AIBCF is not involved in the evaluation process or results, which are solely determined by the Research Agency. That, all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
