Dr. KOTRA BALAYOGI was born in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. he obtained his B. Ed., B.Sc., M.Sc. (Mathematics)., M. A. (Education)., M. A. (Psychology, M. Ed. from Andhra University, M. Phil (Mathematics) from Alagappa University, and M. Phil. (Education) from Bharathiar University.

He was awarded by PhD. Degree in Education by Bharathiar University for the work entitled “Inclusive Education in India and United States of America”. He has been teaching for last 17 years, he started his Teaching Career as High School Mathematics Teacher, Lecturer in Mathematics, School Principal and as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Education, ICFAI University, Tripura, India and he is presently working as Assistant Professor (Vice Principal) at Unity College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, Nagaland, India.

He is an outstanding classroom practitioner possessing considerable Teaching, Research, Training, Administration, and Management experiences in INDIA, INDONESIA, and the USA. He have in his credit more than 50 research papers published in reputed National and International Journals, more than 100 paper presentations in various National and International (India) and International (Bhutan, India, Mauritius, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Thailand) Conferences, Workshops and Seminars and he contributed nearly 80 chapters for National and International Edited Books.

He is a member of various National and International Associations and academic bodies in India and abroad. He acted as a Convenor for the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi, Sponsored National Seminar on “Teacher Education for Sustainable Development: A Road Map for 21^st Century” organized by Unity College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, Nagaland, India, held on 23^rd& 24^th March, 2023. He is an Associate Editor for the Book Titles “Political Party and Women in Politics” and “Women in Indian Society”.

He is the Co-Editor for the Books, Higher Education in India Issues, Challenges & Emerging Trends, Political Party and Women in Politics, Women in Indian Society, Synthesis of Knowledge Multidimensional Approaches in Humanities and Social Sciences Research, Human Rights and Gender Justice, Smart Mobile Technology and Teaching Effectiveness, National Education Policy 2020: Challenges and Strategies, and Teacher Education for Sustainable Development A Road Map for 21^st Century.
